The approach
If your shoulders rise, your hands feel awkward or your mind goes blank when a camera appears, you are not “bad at photos”. You need clear tools, practice and a space where your body can relax.
Come for better pictures from travel, important events, personal portraits or everyday life. The same tools also help bloggers, photographers and models work faster and more confidently.
What you will practise
We use warm-ups to release tension, then build movement step by step. You practise standing, sitting and working with clothes, objects and the space around you — with individual feedback as you go.

1:1Individual attention. Practical feedback.
Past workshops · 2019—2022
From private sessions to full studio groups, every workshop combines demonstration, repetition and individual correction.

Online workshops
I demonstrate, watch you move and correct the details in real time. You practise in your own space and immediately try each adjustment again.

Meet Anásta
I spent nine years modelling internationally, so I know the pressure to look good quickly — and how easily the body tightens when you feel watched.
Since 2019, I have taught individual and group posing workshops. Today, my work as a photographer helps me give precise, useful feedback: what the camera sees, what to adjust and how to keep the result natural.

From workshop participants
“Everything was clear, effortless and incredibly useful. By the end of the first day I was thinking: ‘Can I really move like that?’ The atmosphere was warm, light and fun.”
— Maria, workshop participant
“The workshop — and meeting you — became the best birthday gift. Every observation felt incredibly valuable.”
“You gave me a huge push. I wondered if I could move, feel my body and belong in a photograph. The answer was yes.”
Good to know
Not at all. The work is designed for real people and begins with simple, accessible movement. You are always invited to adapt, pause or opt out.
The focus is learning how to feel present and expressive in front of a camera. A workshop can include practice photographs, while a full photography session can be arranged separately.
Yes. Anasta adapts the pace, exercises and emphasis to your people, setting and intention — from a short event activation to a deeper embodied session.
In London and online. Bespoke workshops can also travel; share your location and idea in the enquiry.
I facilitate workshops in both English and Russian. Private sessions and group formats can be arranged in either language.
